Well then, apply now, and you could be responsible for assisting the Manager in meeting site metrics and goals, and supervise a team of up to 20 moderators.

Your profile:
Proficiency in the English language on at least C1 level,
Proficiency in an additional EU language is considered an asset for this role,
Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends,
Knowledge of Content Moderation workflows would be a plus,
Supervisory experience and experience managing projects to establish SLAs,
Proficiency in Google products, including Gmail, Calendar, Google Drive
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills,
Analytical with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,
Ability to exercise mature judgement and structured decision-making,
Excellent organizational and time management skills,
Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard,
Having a neutral mindset to alternative video content that needs classification.
Accountabilities:
Leading a high-performing team through an exciting transition to build problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical, and technical capabilities,
Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to your team,
Monitor queues for variations and adjust as necessary to meet SLAs,
Implement escalation channels in accordance with mutually agreed-upon procedures,
Influence team strategy through effective communication,
Manage multiple workflows and teams,
Plan work schedule based on 24/7 strategy,
Work in close cooperation with other TLs, QAs, Trainers and SDMs.
