Interested in social media regulation, online free speech, internal controls, support for vulnerable sections of society, or maybe even EU policy making? Want to work for a global company as a Content Moderation Team Lead for the world's best-loved video-sharing website? You do? Well then, apply now, and you could be responsible for assisting the Manager in meeting site metrics and goals, and supervise a team of up to 20 moderators.
You have the opportunity to provide dynamic service and support for our clients within the cutting-edge world of technology. Dedicated to quality, you will use your problem-solving skills to deliver value to our clients continuously.

Your profile:

  • Proficiency in the English language on at least C1 level,

  • Proficiency in an additional EU language is considered an asset for this role,

  • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends,

  • Knowledge of Content Moderation workflows would be a plus,

  • Supervisory experience and experience managing projects to establish SLAs,

  • Proficiency in Google products, including Gmail, Calendar, Google Drive

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills,

  • Analytical with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,

  • Ability to exercise mature judgement and structured decision-making,

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills,

  • Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard,

  • Having a neutral mindset to alternative video content that needs classification.

Accountabilities:

  • Leading a high-performing team through an exciting transition to build problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical, and technical capabilities,

  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to your team,

  • Monitor queues for variations and adjust as necessary to meet SLAs,

  • Implement escalation channels in accordance with mutually agreed-upon procedures,

  • Influence team strategy through effective communication,

  • Manage multiple workflows and teams,

  • Plan work schedule based on 24/7 strategy,

  • Work in close cooperation with other TLs, QAs, Trainers and SDMs.
