We are currently looking for an experienced Backend Engineer to join a team building and enhancing a large-scale digital experience platform used by millions of users worldwide.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
  • Build and optimize APIs and integrations with internal and external systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend engineers, architects and product stakeholders
  • Contribute to the design of scalable, resilient and secure solutions
  • Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices
  • Support CI/CD processes and deployment activities
  • Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to continuous platform improvements
  • Write high-quality, maintainable and testable code

What You Bring

  • Several years of experience in backend software engineering
  • Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript
  • Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices
  • Good understanding of software design principles and distributed systems
  • Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably GCP
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
  • Experience working with databases and integrating external services
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • You are located in Poland

Nice to Have

  • Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures
  • Familiarity with GCP and cloud-native solutions
  • Experience in enterprise-scale digital platforms
