Senior Client Image Engineer (Windows/MECM)
- Build, maintain, test and release 4 enterprise golden images.
- Manage Windows SAC/LTSC image lifecycle, updates, and compliance.
- Integrate OS patches, drivers, firmware, BIOS and corporate applications.
- Support OSD Task Sequences, MECM/SCCM deployments and Autopilot builds.
- Perform image validation, UAT, pilot deployments and production readiness activities.
- Certify new laptop models and validate driver compatibility.
- Troubleshoot build and hardware issues using advanced diagnostics (DaRT).
- Coordinate with security, application owners, testing teams and hardware vendors.
- Maintain IQ/OQ documentation, test records and release documentation.
- Package and deploy updates through MECM/SCCM and Self-Service platforms.
