Cognizant's Moment practice is looking for an AEP Lead developer/Architect
Experience - 10+ Years

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 – $180,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for AJO and AEP capabilities, and support upskilling efforts across the team
- Work in a client facing roles and lead the architecture and design of Adobe Experience cloud implementations.
- Understand various integration patterns between Adobe experience cloud tools and provide solution to the requirements.
- Collaborate and lead technical resources to define technical architecture and solution development.
- Contribute to platform governance, best practices, and continuous improvement in journey orchestration
- Deliver real-time, personalized member journeys/campaigns that enhance engagement and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in Adobe Experience Platform and hands on experience on one or more key modules of RTCDP, CJA, AJO and Data Distiller
- Working knowledge on implementing/ enhancing AEP related changes as per technical design specifications
- strong understanding of customer journey logic, event triggers, decision orchestration, and personalization
- Understanding of AEP APIs and deployment processes
- Understanding of Identity Graph, Query Service, Real time customer profile, Segmentation service, data science workspace
- Experience working with customers and digital marketing data and segmentation opportunities, and various measurement and analysis techniques and technologies.
- Solid understanding of how websites work to increase customer acquisition, loyalty, and business metrics
- In depth understanding of integrated architecture of experience cloud offerings from Adobe
- Excellent client management skills, strong written and verbal communications, executive level presence
- Sound knowledge & experience of marketing domain spreading across the industry leading tool platforms
- Outstanding communication skills, ability to interact and make clients understand the marketing solution lucidly
- Ability to come up with alternate solutions/thought processes when presented with a complex technical/functional scenario
- Experience of working in on-off model, in multi-vendor environment.
