Work model: Work from the office in Cracow
Working hours: 9 AM - 5 PM (working weekends)
About the Role:
You will be responsible for reviewing the intent and accuracy of user-submitted content to ensure the quality of map data. This includes evaluating reviews, photos, and location updates. Using internal policies and systems, you will assess the provided evidence and, based on critical thinking, decide whether to approve or reject the content.
What you will do:
Handle and resolve customer complaints, identifying and escalating priority issues when necessary
Review content according to established processes and make informed moderation decisions.
Provide constructive feedback to improve the product, processes, and policies where applicable
Requirements:
- Proficiency of German at min. B2/C1 level and English at C1 level,
- Experience working in a BPO environment,
- Attention to detail,
- Good analytical & coordination skills are essential,
- Ability to perform in adverse situations,
- Flexible to adapt to any changes in the organization / process,
- Quick learner and tech-savvy in understanding new systems and tools,
