Responsibilities
Document data migration and scoping requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
Conduct technical and functional data cleansing prior to data transformation and loading activities
Assist in defining and validating data mappings between AX 2012 and Dynamics 365
Support business users in verifying that all required data fields are fully accounted for
Coordinate with third-party vendors to support data extraction from AX 2012
Perform pre- and post-migration data validation to ensure data integrity and usability in Dynamics 365
Document data definitions, data mappings, and key reporting metrics resulting from the migration
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
4–7 years of relevant experience in data analysis or data migration projects
Hands-on experience supporting data migration initiatives, preferably involving ERP systems
Strong preference for experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations data migration
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 data structures is an advantage
Strong analytical skills with attention to data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reconciliation
Ability to produce clear and structured documentation for data definitions and migration outcomes
Good communication skills to work effectively with business users, IT teams, and external vendors
