Qualifications

Cognizant Life Sciences Manufacturing are currently seeking applications from Graduate Engineers for our Graduate Program in 2026 at Cognizant Life Sciences Manufacturing based in the United States.

We are especially interested in receiving applications from students who are working to complete their studies in the following areas:

· Chemical Engineering

· Applied Physics and Instrumentation

· Instrumentation Engineering

· Electrical Engineering / Electronic & Electrical Engineering

· Automation and Process Control

· Software Systems / Development

· Information Technology / Networking

· Engineering in Mechatronics

· Computer Systems Engineering / Software Engineering

· Biomedical Engineering

· Electronic Systems / Computer Science

New hires will be part of Cognizant’s Life Sciences Manufacturing practice’s Global Graduate Program, which is an intensive training program consisting of classroom training, workshops, theory and practical training. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to learn about data management in life sciences manufacturing, including process automation, manufacturing execution systems, data historian, data analytics and the essentials of good manufacturing practice.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree qualified in one of the areas listed above

· Interest in Data, Automation, Process Control and Life Sciences Industry

· Strong oral and written communication skills are required, with proven ability to communicate and build relationships cross-functionally

· Successful candidates are expected to be self-motivated and develop an understanding of the business

· Experience working in a pharmaceutical manufacturing operation or a regulated environment is desirable but not essential

Location(s)

Analysts will be deployed to Cognizant office(s) or client locations where you will work alongside other experienced Cognizant associates delivering technology solutions. Applicants must be willing to relocate to one of these major geographic areas. While we will attempt to honor candidate location preferences, business need and position availability will determine final location assignment.

Start Date(s)

Engineers will start in May and July 2026. While we will attempt to honor candidate start date preferences, business need and position availability will determine final start date assignment. Exact start dates will be communicated with enough time for you to plan effectively.

The annual salary for this position is $65,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
