- Drive hands-on creation and execution of UAT plans, test scenarios, and test cases tailored to commercial banking and leasing workflows.
- Participate in day-to-day UAT activities and effectively coordinate onshore-offshore testing teams to ensure seamless test execution.
- Identify, track, and manage defects through to resolution using enterprise tracking tools.
- Perform regression test execution to validate system stability after fixes and updates.
- Prepare and distribute comprehensive Daily and Weekly status reports to keep stakeholders informed of progress and risks.
- Prepare the official UAT exit report, conduct test result walkthroughs with leadership, and secure formal approval and sign-offs.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of professional software testing experience, with a strong focus on UAT management and coordination.
- Proven expertise in hands-on UAT planning, end-to-end test scenario generation, test case execution, and exit reporting.
- Must have recent banking domain experience.
- Strong experience leading onshore-offshore teams, driving defect triage, and managing issues to closure.
- Hands-on experience working with JIRA and ALM for test management and defect tracking.
- Skilled in regression execution and producing clear daily/weekly status updates and executive sign-off presentations.
Preferred Skills
- Deep industry knowledge in Commercial Banking, specifically focusing on Leasing portfolios and workflows.
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and practices to streamline regression cycles.
- Familiarity with agentic and prompt engineering frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, ReAct) or emerging AI testing platforms.
