About the role
As a COIN (Consultant Incubator) Intern within Cognizant’s Fusion Internship Program, you will make an impact by analyzing client issues, interviewing key stakeholders, and developing strategic recommendations on advisory and transformation projects that deliver immediate value to clients. You will be a valued member of the Cognizant Consulting team and work collaboratively with subject matter experts, project-based teams of consultants, and clients.
In this role, you will
Analyze market trends and client issues to draw conclusions and develop deliverables.
Facilitate working sessions with clients and support requirements analysis.
Collaborate within teams to present and implement strategic and technology solutions.
Research industry initiatives and identify client opportunities.
Contribute to research, design, and writing of articles/whitepapers and collateral development.
Work model

Based on this role's business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA.

What you must have to be considered
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business (Finance, Economics, Operations Management), Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering, and eligible for internships 12 months out from final graduation date.
Creative and analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to understand business needs and assess impacts on complex operations and systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven teamwork and leadership capabilities, with the ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team and support multiple time zones when necessary.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Project).

Self-motivated with a dedication to client service excellence.
A strong interest in developing industry and technology knowledge.
Ability to support go-to-market initiatives and build domain expertise across Cognizant Consulting.
Salary
Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
The hourly rate for this position is $25.00 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Start Date
The internship will last 9 weeks, starting in June 2027.
