Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks and test suites
- Create and execute automated test scripts for functional and regression testing
- Improve automation coverage and reduce manual testing effort
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines
- Analyze application changes and update automation assets accordingly
- Work closely with functional testers, business analysts and developers to understand requirements and identify automation opportunities
- Leverage basic Wealth Management and Private Banking domain knowledge to validate business workflows and improve test effectiveness
- Support release validation and production readiness activities
- Contribute to automation best practices, framework enhancements and continuous quality improvement initiatives
Job Requirements
- Strong experience in Test Automation using Selenium
- Experience in automation framework development and maintenance
- Strong programming skills in Java (or relevant automation language)
- Experience in TestNG, Maven, Jenkins, Git and CI/CD practices
- Experience in regression, smoke and end-to-end automation testing
- Good understanding of API testing concepts
Domain Knowledge (Required) - Basic understanding of Wealth Management / Private Banking business processes
- Understanding of wealth management lifecycle and key business workflows
- Exposure to investment products such as Mutual Funds, Equities, Bonds and Structured Products
- Understanding of Client Onboarding, KYC and Portfolio Management processes
- Ability to translate business workflows into effective automated test scenarios
Preferred Skills - Exposure to Temenos TAP / T24 platform
- Experience working in Banking and Financial Services projects
Agile/Scrum delivery experience
