Job Title: Network Engineer

Job Location: Puchong, Malaysia / Hybrid 3 days in office

Hire Type: Contract

Shift Timings: 9am – 6pm

The candidate should possess the expertise required to support the customer’s critical network infrastructure and connectivity solutions, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability of enterprise network systems. The candidate should collaborate effectively with IT teams to maintain business continuity and system uptime and contribute to strategic network modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

Job Description:

  • Expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust network architectures across multiple customer locations.

  • Expertise in monitoring network performance and proactively addressing infrastructure vulnerabilities.

  • Ability to provide technical guidance on network optimization and capacity planning.

  • Expertise in supporting network security protocols and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities to resolve complex network issues and implement sustainable solutions.

  • Ability to document network configurations and maintain comprehensive technical specifications.

Service Deliverables:

  • Network infrastructure assessments and improvement recommendations.

  • Network documentation and architecture diagrams.

  • Network performance reports and analytics.

  • Security audits and vulnerability assessments.

  • Implementation plans for network upgrades and enhancements.

  • Training and technical guidance for junior staff.

  • Expertise in enterprise network architecture and design.

  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching technologies.

  • Understanding of network security frameworks and firewall management.

  • Expertise in cloud integration and hybrid network environments.

  • Technical proficiency with network monitoring tools and diagnostic applications.

  • Understanding of business continuity and disaster recovery principles.

Service Qualifications:

  • Advanced certifications such as CCNP, JNCIE, or equivalent credentials.

  • Strong English communication skills.

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise information for executive stakeholders.
