Job Summary
The Infra. Architect role involves designing and implementing robust infrastructure solutions to enhance organizational efficiency. With a focus on Incident Management Service Desk and Service Now the candidate will ensure seamless operations and support. The position requires 11 to 14 years of experience in a hybrid work model emphasizing collaboration and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement infrastructure solutions that align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee incident management processes to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption to services.
- Provide expert guidance on Service Desk operations to improve user support and satisfaction.
- Utilize Service Now to streamline workflows and automate routine tasks for increased productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure solutions with existing systems.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to maintain optimal functionality.
- Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to current infrastructure to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Ensure security protocols are integrated into infrastructure solutions to protect organizational data and assets.
- Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of infrastructure tools and processes.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless integration of third-party solutions.
- Implement best practices for infrastructure management to optimize resource utilization and reduce costs.
- Support the hybrid work model by ensuring infrastructure solutions are accessible and reliable for remote and on-site employees.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate expertise in Incident Management with a proven track record of resolving complex issues efficiently.
- Showcase proficiency in Service Desk operations emphasizing user-centric support and service improvement.
- Exhibit advanced knowledge of Service Now including workflow automation and system integration capabilities.
- Possess strong skills in Windows environments ensuring compatibility and performance across platforms.
- Have experience in hybrid work models facilitating collaboration and communication among distributed teams.
