Job Summary
The Sr. Developer role focuses on developing and implementing SuccessFactors OnBoarding solutions within the utilities domain. With a hybrid work model and day shift the candidate will collaborate with teams to enhance onboarding processes ensuring seamless integration and efficiency. This position requires a minimum of 6 years of experience emphasizing technical expertise and domain knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SuccessFactors OnBoarding solutions tailored to the utilities domain ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding processes focusing on improving user experience and operational effectiveness.
- Analyze existing onboarding workflows and identify areas for improvement proposing innovative solutions to optimize performance.
- Provide technical expertise in SuccessFactors OnBoarding troubleshooting issues and ensuring system stability and reliability.
- Oversee the configuration and customization of onboarding modules to meet specific business requirements and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in onboarding processes maintaining high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct regular assessments of onboarding systems recommending upgrades and enhancements to align with evolving business needs.
- Facilitate training sessions for team members and stakeholders promoting understanding and effective use of onboarding tools.
- Monitor onboarding metrics and KPIs generating reports to track progress and identify opportunities for further improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for onboarding solutions.
- Support the integration of onboarding systems with other HR platforms ensuring data consistency and seamless workflows.
- Maintain documentation of onboarding processes and configurations ensuring transparency and ease of access for future reference.
- Engage in continuous learning and development to stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors OnBoarding features and utilities domain trends.
Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in developing and implementing SuccessFactors OnBoarding solutions.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to assess and improve onboarding workflows within the utilities domain.
- Exhibit proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to onboarding systems.
- Show expertise in configuring and customizing onboarding modules to meet specific business needs.
