Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SME-General Operations professional with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in MS Excel and MS Office with a preference for those with domain experience in Cards and Payments. This hybrid role requires a proactive approach to streamline operations and enhance efficiency contributing to our companys success and societal impact.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
  • Provide expert guidance on the use of MS Excel and MS Office to optimize workflow.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational strategies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for operational procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Monitor performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of operational initiatives.
  • Facilitate training sessions to upskill team members in technical competencies.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align operational goals with business objectives.
  • Implement best practices in operations to drive productivity and quality.
  • Support the development of innovative solutions to operational challenges.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.
  • Engage in problem-solving to address operational issues promptly.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office to manage complex data efficiently.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills to interpret operational data and drive improvements.
  • Possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
  • Show adaptability in a hybrid work model to maintain productivity.
  • Display a keen understanding of Cards and Payments domain as a nice-to-have skill.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and achieve operational goals.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to identify and address potential operational risks.
