Job Summary
The PE-Policy Servicing role requires a dedicated professional with 1 to 2 years of experience in policy servicing. The candidate will work from the office during night shifts focusing on utilizing MS Excel for data management and analysis. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication. Experience in contact center operations is a plus enhancing the ability to manage customer interactions efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage policy servicing tasks with precision and attention to detail ensuring all client requests are processed accurately.
- Utilize MS Excel to analyze and organize data contributing to efficient policy management and reporting.
- Communicate effectively in English to address client inquiries and provide clear concise information.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date records of policy changes and client interactions in the system.
- Provide timely updates to clients regarding their policy status and any changes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all servicing activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest innovative solutions.
- Assist in training new team members on policy servicing procedures and best practices.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to support continuous improvement.
- Address and resolve client issues promptly ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support the contact center team by leveraging domain skills to enhance service quality.
- Adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure during night shifts.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and management.
- Exhibit strong communication skills in English both written and spoken.
- Possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Show experience or familiarity with contact center operations is advantageous.
- Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Exhibit flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Certifications Required
- Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Certification
