Job Summary

This role involves handling policy servicing tasks within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain utilizing expertise in MS Office tools. The candidate will work in a hybrid model during night shifts ensuring efficient and accurate policy management processes while adhering to organizational standards.


Responsibilities

  • Manage policy servicing activities including updates renewals and endorsements ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to prepare analyze and maintain policy-related documentation and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address policy-related queries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies in all servicing tasks.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of policy documents to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide support in streamlining policy servicing workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed records of policy servicing activities for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on policy servicing requirements.
  • Monitor and track policy servicing metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Assist in training and mentoring team members on policy servicing processes and best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in Property & Casualty Insurance to ensure relevance in servicing tasks.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to improve policy servicing operations.
  • Support the organizations mission by ensuring high-quality policy servicing that meets client expectations. Qualifications
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel Word and PowerPoint for efficient policy servicing tasks.
  • Possess a foundational understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance which is advantageous for domain-specific servicing.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills to identify and resolve policy discrepancies effectively.
  • Showcase excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders seamlessly.
  • Display attention to detail to ensure accuracy in policy documentation and servicing activities.
  • Bring a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Have the ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Show adaptability to night shifts and commitment to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications Required

Certification in MS Office Suite or equivalent proficiency validation AINS (Associate in General Insurance) certification is preferred.
