Job Summary
This role involves handling policy servicing tasks within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain utilizing expertise in MS Office tools. The candidate will work in a hybrid model during night shifts ensuring efficient and accurate policy management processes while adhering to organizational standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage policy servicing activities including updates renewals and endorsements ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Utilize MS Office tools to prepare analyze and maintain policy-related documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address policy-related queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies in all servicing tasks.
- Conduct thorough reviews of policy documents to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Provide support in streamlining policy servicing workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of policy servicing activities for audit and reporting purposes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on policy servicing requirements.
- Monitor and track policy servicing metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel Word and PowerPoint for efficient policy servicing tasks.
