Responsibilities : - Develop and implement functional architecture solutions for Coupa Contract Management Automate Coupa Inventory Management and Coupa Spend Analysis to streamline procurement operations. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Coupa solutions. - Provide expertise in Coupa Supplier Management and Supply Chain procurement (P2P) to enhance supplier relationships and procurement workflows. - Analyze and optimize sourcing strategies using Coupa Spend Analysis to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency. - Oversee the integration of Coupa systems with existing enterprise applications to ensure seamless data flow and functionality. - Conduct detailed assessments of supply chain processes and recommend improvements to enhance performance and reduce bottlenecks. - Design workflows and automation processes within Coupa to improve inventory management and reduce manual intervention. - Provide training and support to end-users on Coupa functionalities to ensure effective utilization of the platform. - Collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical issues and ensure the stability and reliability of Coupa systems. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business objectives and compliance standards. - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Coupa and supply chain management to propose innovative solutions. - Prepare detailed documentation of functional designs workflows and processes for future reference and audits. - Work in a hybrid model ensuring effective communication and collaboration with team members across locations. Qualifications - - Possess extensive experience in Coupa Contract Management Automate Coupa Inventory Management Coupa Spend Analysis and Coupa Supplier Management. - Demonstrate strong expertise in Supply Chain Management and procurement processes including sourcing and P2P workflows. - Showcase proficiency in analyzing and optimizing supply chain strategies to achieve operational excellence. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills to address complex challenges in procurement and inventory management. - Have a proven track record of implementing scalable and efficient solutions in Coupa and supply chain domains. - Display strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid work model. - Hold a minimum of 11 years of relevant experience with a maximum of 15 years in functional architecture roles. 9.
