Job summary
We are seeking a skilled PTG Sr. Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience in IBM Sterling OMS Admin and Sterling OMS. The role involves developing maintaining and optimizing order management solutions in a hybrid work model. The candidate will contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and delivering impactful solutions for our global clients.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain IBM Sterling OMS solutions to ensure seamless order management processes for clients.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Implement and optimize Sterling OMS configurations to meet business needs and improve system performance.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Sterling OMS to ensure uninterrupted operations.Conduct regular system analysis and provide recommendations for enhancements and upgrades.Create and maintain documentation for Sterling OMS configurations workflows and processes.Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders on Sterling OMS functionalities.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all development activities.Test and validate system changes to ensure accuracy and reliability of implemented solutions.Monitor system performance and proactively address potential bottlenecks or inefficiencies.Work closely with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of Sterling OMS solutions before deployment.Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and ensure adherence to development guidelines.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IBM Sterling OMS to continuously improve solutions.
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in IBM Sterling OMS Admin with hands-on experience in system configurations and workflows.Demonstrate proficiency in Sterling OMS with a solid understanding of its architecture and functionalities.Have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in developing and maintaining order management systems.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.Showcase strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with emerging technologies in the OMS domain.Hold a bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field.Experience in hybrid work environments is preferred with the ability to manage tasks both remotely and on-site.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools for project management is a nice-to-have skill.Demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.Exhibit a customer-centric mindset to ensure solutions align with client expectations and business goals.
