Job summary

We are seeking a skilled PTG Sr. Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience in IBM Sterling OMS Admin and Sterling OMS. The role involves developing maintaining and optimizing order management solutions in a hybrid work model. The candidate will contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and delivering impactful solutions for our global clients.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain IBM Sterling OMS solutions to ensure seamless order management processes for clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Implement and optimize Sterling OMS configurations to meet business needs and improve system performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Sterling OMS to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Conduct regular system analysis and provide recommendations for enhancements and upgrades.
  • Create and maintain documentation for Sterling OMS configurations workflows and processes.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders on Sterling OMS functionalities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all development activities.
  • Test and validate system changes to ensure accuracy and reliability of implemented solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
  • Work closely with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of Sterling OMS solutions before deployment.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and ensure adherence to development guidelines.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IBM Sterling OMS to continuously improve solutions.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in IBM Sterling OMS Admin with hands-on experience in system configurations and workflows.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Sterling OMS with a solid understanding of its architecture and functionalities.
  • Have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in developing and maintaining order management systems.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
  • Showcase strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with emerging technologies in the OMS domain.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field.
  • Experience in hybrid work environments is preferred with the ability to manage tasks both remotely and on-site.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools for project management is a nice-to-have skill.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Exhibit a customer-centric mindset to ensure solutions align with client expectations and business goals.
