Functional Specialist – Temenos WealthSuite & Triple A+
About the Role
As a Functional Specialist – WealthSuite & Triple A+, you will make an impact by delivering expert functional guidance and impactful solutions that enhance business processes across WealthSuite Wealth Management and Triple A+ platforms. You will be a valued member of our Financial Services practice and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, IT stakeholders, and business leaders to drive organizational success in a dynamic hybrid work environment.
In This Role, You Will:
- Lead implementation and customization of WealthSuiteBusiness Adv and WealthSuiteBusiness Basic modules, providing expert guidance to ensure solutions meet evolving organizational needs and deliver measurable business value.
- Analyze and optimize business processes across WealthSuite and Wealth Management systems in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Triple A+ business components, ensuring seamless system integration, knowledge continuity, and operational transparency across teams.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions that empower stakeholders to effectively utilize WealthSuite and Triple A+ systems, building internal capability and driving user adoption.
- Support the design and execution of test cases for WealthSuite and Triple A+ systems to validate business requirements, manage defects, and ensure high-quality delivery outcomes.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement, ensuring optimal platform functionality and a high level of user satisfaction across the organization.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Wealth Management systems, minimizing disruption to business operations.
- Drive innovation by identifying and leveraging advanced features of WealthSuite and Triple A+ systems to support business growth and competitive differentiation.
- Stay current on emerging trends and technologies in Wealth Management and Triple A+ domains, continuously applying new knowledge to improve processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices applicable to Wealth Management and Triple A+ functional areas.

What You Need to Have to Be Considered
- In-depth, hands-on experience with WealthSuiteBusiness Adv and WealthSuiteBusiness Basic modules, including implementation, configuration, and functional optimization.
- Demonstrated expertise in Wealth Management systems and Triple A+ business components, with a proven track record of delivering successful implementations in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical skills to assess detailed business requirements, identify gaps, and translate needs into effective functional and technical solutions.
- Solid understanding of Triple A Plus systems and their practical application within wealth management processes, including front-office advisory, portfolio management, and client servicing workflows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with demonstrated ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams, IT stakeholders, and senior business leaders.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to WealthSuite and Triple A+ systems in live delivery environments.
These Will Help You Stand Out
- Certified Wealth Management Professional designation or equivalent qualification demonstrating deep domain expertise.
- Triple A+ Functional Certification confirming validated platform knowledge and configuration competency.
- Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, requirements sessions, and user training in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with European regulatory frameworks applicable to wealth management (e.g., MiFID II, GDPR) and their functional implications on platform configuration.
- Exposure to multi-system integration landscapes in private banking or wealth management, with experience managing data flows between upstream and downstream platforms.
