About the role
As an AI Adoption Architect/Consultant, you will make an impact by driving enterprise AI adoption and change enablement for client organizations. You will be a valued member of the consulting team and work collaboratively with managers, primary teams, and other stakeholders and clients.
In this role, you will:
- Lead use case identification and business case development for new AI technologies.
- Guide Microsoft 365 or Copilot programs with large enterprise customers, including facilitating Copilot AI usage readiness assessments and developing action plans.
- Design Copilot AI usage training curricula and develop training programs.
- Design and interpret AI use adoption analytics and KPIs.
- Implement feedback mechanisms and support systems to ensure successful AI adoption.
Work model
We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in office in one of the listed Cognizant offices - Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Queretaro. What you must have to be considered
- Proven experience in enterprise consulting, digital transformation, or business change enablement.
- Demonstrated experience guiding Microsoft 365 or Copilot programs with large enterprise customers.
- Expertise in adoption and change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of AI, productivity transformation, organizational readiness, and skilling strategies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience leading use case identification and business case development for new AI technologies.
- Experience with internal communications, skilling, or change enablement programs in large organizations.
- Experience working with adoption and success teams to accelerate impact and remove blockers.
- Facilitate executive and practitioner discussions; keep decisions moving with visible timers, parking lot, and a decision log.
- Facilitation & objection handling: Convert “AI fear/quality/safety” into experiments with owners and dates; keep rooms outcome focused.
These will help you succeed
- Experience enabling champions communities at 1k+ scale.
- Deep enablement for finance, legal, or customer service personas.
- Experience with multi-geo/multilingual rollouts.
- Creation of learning assets and Power BI adoption views.
- Prosci Certified Change Practitioner or equivalent; Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900) preferred.
- Note: All personnel shall obtain the above-referenced certifications within six (6) months of onboarding and shall provide satisfactory evidence of completion to the designated business stakeholders.
