Roles and responsibilities:
We are seeking a Desktop Engineer to support pharmacy IT operations, including laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, label printers, barcode devices, and other pharmacy-related equipment. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests. The role requires strong desktop support experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to support critical pharmacy environments with minimal disruption.
Job Description:
A suitable candidate should have 3–6 years of desktop/field support experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Windows desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, printer/peripheral support, and ITSM ticket management. Prior experience supporting pharmacy, healthcare, or retail pharmacy environments would be preferred.

Salary and Other Compensation:
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
