Job Summary

This hybrid AWS Pyspark Developer is for a Technical Lead with nine to thirteen years of experience in designing and delivering solutions using AWS Pyspark Developer S3 Pyspark Data lake in an enterprise environment. The role focuses on guiding cloud solution design ensuring high quality delivery and enabling teams to build secure scalable and resilient systems that align with organizational goals and create sustainable business value.


Responsibilities

  • Drive end to end design and implementation of AWS based solutions that meet business requirements while ensuring scalability resilience and long term maintainability
  • Coordinate with product owners architects and engineers to translate functional needs into AWS service based technical designs with clear outcomes and success measures
  • Guide the selection and configuration of AWS services such as compute storage networking and integration components to optimize performance cost and security for each workload
  • Oversee code quality infrastructure configuration and deployment practices by enforcing robust standards for cloud native development and automation in AWS
  • Implement secure by design patterns on AWS by applying identity management encryption logging and monitoring practices that align with enterprise security guidelines
  • Define and maintain infrastructure as code patterns for AWS environments using appropriate tools to standardize provisioning processes and reduce operational risks
  • Review and optimize AWS resource usage by analyzing performance metrics cost reports and operational data in order to improve efficiency and reduce waste
  • Collaborate with cross functional hybrid teams to resolve complex technical issues on AWS environments and ensure timely delivery of stable and well tested solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers on AWS architecture patterns cloud operations and development best practices to uplift overall team capability
  • Establish monitoring alerting and incident response procedures for AWS workloads to improve observability reliability and response time for critical services
  • Document solution architectures design decisions and operational runbooks for AWS platforms to ensure clarity consistency and smooth knowledge transfer across stakeholders
  • Evaluate emerging AWS capabilities and patterns while recommending practical adoption paths that create measurable value for ongoing and future projects
  • Align AWS solution delivery with organizational objectives by prioritizing work that enhances customer experience strengthens platform resilience and advances sustainable innovation


Qualifications

  • Describe professional background of nine to thirteen years in software engineering or cloud solution delivery with proven experience leading complex AWS implementations
  • Demonstrate strong hands on expertise with core AWS services including compute storage database networking and security components in production scale environments
  • Exhibit proficiency in at least one modern programming language and scripting tools to build automation pipelines and integrate applications with AWS services
  • Showcase practical experience with infrastructure as code tools on AWS to manage repeatable deployments configuration consistency and environment standardization
  • Illustrate sound understanding of cloud security concepts network segmentation encryption identity management and logging within AWS based platforms
  • Highlight experience with CI and CD pipelines monitoring frameworks and operational practices that support reliable delivery of AWS hosted solutions
  • Indicate ability to work effectively in a hybrid model environment collaborating seamlessly with onsite and remote stakeholders while maintaining clear communication and accountability
