Vous rejoignez Cognizant dans le cadre d'une mission freelance, au sein de l'équipe AIA Data/IA, sur un projet de migration SAS to Python dans le secteur banque finance assurance.

Vous intervenez en tant que Solution Architect référent.e sur le projet, en lien direct avec les équipes métier assurance, IT et l'équipe delivery Cognizant.

Ce poste est ouvert dans le cadre d'une mission freelance, pour débuter ASAP et au moins jusqu'à la fin de l'année.

Vos missions

En tant que Solution Architect, vous êtes en charge de :

  • Concevoir la solution technique du projet, de bout en bout, et en garantir la cohérence
  • Valider la faisabilité de la solution et son alignement avec les engagements pris dans l'appel d'offres (RFP)
  • Présenter la solution au client et défendre les choix d'architecture technique
  • Guider et accompagner l'équipe delivery tout au long de la mise en œuvre

Profil recherché

Formation et expérience

  • Bac+5 en informatique, systèmes d'information ou data, ou expérience équivalente
  • 8 ans d'expérience minimum en architecture de solution
  • Une expérience préalable sur un projet de migration SAS vers Python

Compétences techniques indispensables

  • Expérience avérée de migration SAS vers Python (SAS Base, SAS Macro, PROC SQL), avec maîtrise approfondie de Python et d'au moins trois des technos parmi les suivantes : pandas, polars, DuckDB, PyArrow, PySpark
  • Architecture cloud AWS : maîtrise pratique de VPC, EKS, S3, IAM — capacité à concevoir et défendre ces choix face au client (pas une connaissance uniquement théorique du cloud)
  • Maîtrise de la stack DataOps : LakeFS, Apache Airflow, Trino, Apache Parquet
  • Conteneurisation (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS de préférence) et CI/CD (pipelines GitLab, stratégies de branching Git)
  • Intégration de LLM : prompt engineering pour la conversion de code, API Gemini ou équivalent, déploiement de LLM privé, frameworks de tests d'équivalence de données et NRT

Compétences techniques souhaitées

  • Apache Superset pour la visualisation et l'exploration de données

Posture et mode de travail

  • Capacité à défendre des choix d'architecture face au client et aux parties prenantes techniques
  • Capacité à faire le lien entre exigences métier, contraintes techniques et faisabilité réelle
  • Capacité à accompagner et orienter une équipe delivery
  • Français et anglais courants exigés

Modalités de travail

Poste hybride, basé en Île-de-France, présence sur site 3 jours par semaine.
