About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, client-facing techno-functional professional to support the global build and regional rollout of a leading pharmaceutical client’s Veeva Vault CRM application. You will work closely with the Veeva Professional Services team and the client’s Product Leads to prioritize sprints and deliver the Core template along with customized applications. You will then help deploy it across markets and organizations in LATAM, EURAM, and APAC. As Application Delivery Manager, you will be a trusted day-to-day contact for client stakeholders, application squads, and market teams, helping ensure a smooth and aligned deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement and Relationship Management

- Understand client business needs and translate them into clear application and integration requirements.
- Present delivery updates, plans, and recommendations to client leadership and working teams with clarity and confidence.
- Manage client expectations on scope, timelines, and dependencies, and escalate risks early with proposed solutions.
Global Build and Delivery
- Drive the global build of the Vault CRM application in collaboration with the Veeva Professional Services team.
- Partner with the client’s Product Leads to prioritize sprints and manage delivery for the Core product and customized applications.
- Define and deploy the Vault CRM application to markets, tailored from the Core template for each region and subsequently for all Orgs across LATAM, EURAM, and APAC.
Stakeholder and Market Coordination
- Act as Application Delivery Manager and liaison across stakeholders, ensuring all stakeholders and systems are aligned on deployment.
- Serve as the regional point of contact for market needs related to the application and real-time integration patterns in Vault.
- Run market-facing discussions to gather feedback, identify localization requirements, and support the expansion of business presence.
Integration and Squad Coordination
- Work through challenges with upstream and downstream application squads across the application and integration tracks.
- Align with the Global E2E Lead and the Veeva team on the SIT and UAT plans and the final cutover strategy for the Vault application across Orgs.
Team Coordination and Go-Live Support
- Support and coordinate delivery teams, ensuring SIT and UAT activities are aligned and the application transitions seamlessly into production.
- Work with client users and market teams during UAT, cutover, and hypercare to ensure a smooth handover and user adoption.

- Ability to work in Singapore.
Preferred Qualifications
