Service Line Specialist AIA (Germany) (f/d/m)
About the role
As a Senior AI & Analytics Sales Leader, you will make an impact by driving revenue growth and market expansion for Cognizant's Artificial Intelligence & Analytics business across Germany. You will be a valued member of the AI & Analytics leadership team, working closely with Client Partners, Account Executives, Solution Architects, Delivery Leaders, Alliance Partners, and executive stakeholders to accelerate adoption of Agentic AI, Generative AI, Analytics, and Data platforms.
In this role, you will:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing client relationships, and developing strategic plans to increase adoption of AI, Agentic AI, Analytics, and Data solutions across Germany.
- Lead complex sales pursuits from opportunity identification through contract closure, partnering with solution and delivery teams to create compelling business cases and transformation roadmaps.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite executives, business leaders, and technology stakeholders to understand business challenges and position innovative AI-led solutions.
- Define and execute market strategies focused on Agentic AI, Generative AI, advanced analytics, and data-driven transformation, incorporating emerging market trends and competitive insights.
- Develop strategic alliances with leading technology partners including Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, OpenAI, Anthropic, and other AI ecosystem providers to strengthen market presence and client value.

What you need to have to be considered
- Experience in technology consulting, business development, sales leadership, or client relationship management with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Significant experience selling AI, Agentic AI, Generative AI, Analytics, Data, and cloud-based transformation solutions to enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), AI orchestration frameworks, advanced analytics, data platforms, and enterprise AI architectures.
- Experience engaging senior executives and business stakeholders to define transformation strategies, business cases, and innovation roadmaps.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of data management, cloud platforms, business intelligence, and enterprise analytics solutions.
- Understanding of responsible AI practices and the implications of the EU AI Act for enterprise AI adoption.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
These will help you stand out
- Experience within Banking & Financial Services, Life Sciences, or other highly regulated industries.
- Knowledge of AI orchestration and agent frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
- Experience with leading data and AI platforms including Databricks, Snowflake, Informatica, Qlik, Microsoft Fabric, or comparable solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen, including deal structuring, pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and margin management.
- Demonstrated thought leadership through speaking engagements, industry participation, publications, or market-facing content.
- Experience building and managing strategic technology partnerships and alliance ecosystems.
