- Oversee the deployment of Salesforce solutions ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Mentor junior developers sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends to continuously improve and innovate solutions.
- Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within Salesforce.
- Document technical specifications and user guides to support ongoing maintenance and user training.

Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in SFDC Integration Development and Customization with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce Configuration ensuring tailored solutions that meet business requirements.
- Experience in Bioinformatics is a nice-to-have offering valuable insights into domain-specific challenges.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
- Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of Salesforce advancements.
- Display strong communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and team members.
