As a Sr. Developer specializing in SFDC Integration and Customization you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that enhance business processes. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Salesforce customization.
  • Utilize your expertise in SFDC Integration to seamlessly connect Salesforce with other enterprise systems ensuring data consistency and accessibility.
  • Customize Salesforce applications to meet specific business needs leveraging your skills in SFDC Development and Configuration.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce updates to maintain system integrity and security.
  • Oversee the deployment of Salesforce solutions ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Mentor junior developers sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends to continuously improve and innovate solutions.
  • Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within Salesforce.
  • Document technical specifications and user guides to support ongoing maintenance and user training.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all Salesforce development activities.


Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in SFDC Integration Development and Customization with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce Configuration ensuring tailored solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Experience in Bioinformatics is a nice-to-have offering valuable insights into domain-specific challenges.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of Salesforce advancements.
  • Display strong communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and team members.
  • Hold relevant Salesforce certifications to validate expertise and commitment to professional growth.
