In this role, you will:
- Architect and implement OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures to deliver scalable and modular OmniStudio solutions.
- Lead Salesforce Industries development across CPQ, EPC, Communications Cloud, and Revenue Cloud initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership through mentoring, code reviews, adherence to best practices, and architectural guidance.
- Design, build, and optimize integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and external enterprise systems.
- Drive DevOps excellence through Git-based workflows, CI/CD automation, Vlocity DataPacks management, and environment governance.

What you need to have to be considered
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. 3+ years of hands-on OmniStudio experience including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
- Strong development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, and Lightning Architecture.
- Experience with Salesforce Industries solutions such as CPQ, EPC, Communications Cloud, or Revenue Cloud.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party systems.
- Experience with Git, Salesforce CLI, CI/CD pipelines, and Vlocity DataPacks.
- Ability to design scalable data models, integration patterns, and modular OmniStudio frameworks.
- Proven experience leading development teams, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with stakeholders across business and technology functions.
These will help you stand out
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, OmniStudio Developer
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Experience troubleshooting and optimizing application performance across Salesforce and OmniStudio components.
- Domain expertise within telecommunications, financial services, or communications cloud implementations.
