Required Qualifications
- Develop and Maintain Automation Scripts: Create robust reusable and maintainable automated test scripts using Playwright (JavaScript TypeScript preferred).
Test Planning Design and implement test plans test cases and automation frameworks for functional regression and integration testing.
Experience with BDD frameworks like Cucumber.
Responsibilities
CI CD Integration Integrate automated tests into CI CD pipelines e.g GitHub Actions Azure DevOps
Collaboration Work closely with developers QA engineers and product managers to ensure comprehensive test coverage and timely delivery.
Defect Management Identify log and track software defects assist in root cause analysis and debugging.
Cross Browser Testing Ensure compatibility across multiple browsers and platforms.
Best Practices Advocate for automation best practices and maintain test documentation.
Knowledge of cloud based test execution platforms e.g. Sauce Labs BrowserStack.
Familiarity with performance and security testing concepts.
