About the role
As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant (Level I/II), you will make an impact by designing, configuring, developing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions that help clients improve their business processes and technology operations. You will be a valued member of the Delivery Services team and work collaboratively with project managers, senior consultants, developers, architects, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality ServiceNow implementations and integrations.
In this role, you will:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including Service Catalog workflows, ITIL processes, CMDB, ITAM, and other platform capabilities.
- Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST APIs, web services, and development best practices.
- Configure and extend the ServiceNow platform to meet technical and business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot, test, and resolve incidents, defects, and enhancement requests while ensuring delivery quality and platform stability.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to gather requirements, communicate technical solutions, manage risks, and achieve successful project outcomes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, testing results, and implementation artifacts.
- Mentor junior consultants, review technical deliverables, and promote development standards and quality across the team (Level II).

What you need to have to be considered
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- 2+ years of ServiceNow platform configuration and development experience with a track record of successful implementations.
- Experience developing integrations using REST APIs, web services, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform modules, including ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, ITAM, and SACM.
- Experience working in Agile and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to analyze problems, identify improvements, and communicate solutions effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- For Level II, demonstrated ability to work independently and mentor less experienced team members.

- ServiceNow certifications beyond CSA in additional product lines or platform specializations.
- Experience extending the ServiceNow data model and developing advanced platform customizations.
- Familiarity with cloud-based enterprise solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong debugging, testing, and quality assurance experience.
- Experience providing application support and resolving complex technical issues.
- Proven mentoring, coaching, and technical leadership capabilities.
