This entry level role as PE Maps specialist focuses on reviewing validating and enriching digital map data to enhance the accuracy usability and safety of mapping solutions for global customers. Responsibilities
- Review map data for assigned regions to ensure accurate representation of roads landmarks and points of interest consistently applying internal mapping guidelines to maintain high data quality across the platform.
- Analyze user feedback and internal quality reports to identify mapping issues such as incorrect locations missing entities and outdated information and update records to enhance navigation reliability and user trust.
- Validate geospatial information using internal tools satellite imagery and reference materials focusing on precise alignment of map features to support routing search and proximity based services.
- Document findings corrections and status updates in mapping systems with clear and concise notes enabling transparent audit trails collaboration with cross functional teams and efficient issue resolution.
- Collaborate with customer support teams by explaining map related resolutions in simple and clear English helping them respond to end users with accurate information and realistic expectations.
- Utilize Bahasa proficiency to interpret local naming conventions address formats and cultural nuances improving localization quality and ensuring that map content is relevant to native users in the Indonesian market.
- Follow standardized workflows and productivity targets in a structured office environment balancing speed and accuracy to achieve consistent output that aligns with company quality benchmarks.
- Apply problem solving skills to investigate complex mapping anomalies compare multiple data sources and recommend best fit solutions that improve overall data integrity and user experience.
- Monitor change logs and newly ingested datasets to identify potential conflicts or duplications in map records and perform targeted clean up activities to maintain a coherent and reliable geospatial database.
- Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors through written and spoken English sharing progress updates clarifying requirements and escalating blockers to ensure smooth task execution.

Qualifications
- Demonstrate strong English reading writing and speaking skills that enable effective comprehension of mapping guidelines clear documentation of updates and constructive communication with global teams.
- Exhibit native level Bahasa Indonesia proficiency with the ability to read write and speak at a novice level for professional contexts supporting accurate interpretation of local addresses place names and user feedback from Indonesian markets.
- Show foundational familiarity with customer support or service environments where listening skills empathy and clear communication are used to resolve user issues related to digital products or online services.
- Display comfort using computers online maps and productivity tools with the ability to quickly learn proprietary mapping platforms and follow detailed procedures without extensive supervision.

Certifications Required
