Job Summary : Sr Developer role in a global organization focused on designing and enhancing solutions built on Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Pkms platforms for warehouse and supply chain management. The role involves hybrid work in a day shift model delivering robust scalable features that streamline operations optimize inventory flows and improve fulfillment accuracy across complex distribution networks. 3. Responsibilities : -Design high quality software components on Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Pkms that optimize warehouse operations and ensure efficient end to end supply chain execution across multiple sites and business units. -Develop robust integrations between Manhattan platforms and enterprise systems to enable accurate inventory visibility seamless order flow and timely data exchange that supports critical operational decisions. -Configure Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Pkms modules to align with warehouse management processes including receiving putaway picking packing and shipping activities ensuring reliable system behavior in daily operations. -Collaborate with product owners and operations teams to translate complex warehouse management and supply chain management needs into clear technical solutions that improve productivity and service levels. -Implement performance tuning and optimization within Manhattan applications to reduce system latency improve throughput and support high volume transactional workloads in busy distribution centers. -Troubleshoot production issues related to Manhattan Scale Manhattan Pkms and connected warehouse systems providing timely root cause analysis and sustainable fixes that minimize disruption to operations. -Create and maintain detailed technical specifications configuration documents and deployment guides that support consistent implementation and long term maintainability of warehouse management solutions. -Support upgrades and enhancements of Manhattan platforms by planning changes executing code and configuration updates and validating functionality to ensure business continuity and process stability. -Collaborate with hybrid working teams across technology and operations to validate new features using realistic warehouse and supply chain scenarios that reflect actual workflows and constraints. -Implement robust data validation error handling and logging within customizations and integrations to improve system reliability and enable faster diagnosis of operational incidents. -Contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse management and supply chain solutions by analyzing system usage patterns and proposing practical enhancements that deliver measurable efficiency gains. -Provide structured knowledge transfer to peers and operations stakeholders through walkthroughs and documentation that build shared understanding of Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Pkms capabilities. -Align daily development activities with organizational goals of safer warehouses reduced waste and more reliable delivery performance helping the company serve communities through resilient and efficient supply chains. -Qualifications -Demonstrate strong hands on expertise in Manhattan Scale platform including configuration customization and integration capabilities that support complex warehouse workflows. -Exhibit advanced practical experience with Manhattan Pkms modules and features to design solutions that improve picking accuracy cartonization and shipping processes in fulfillment environments. -Apply deep domain knowledge in warehouse management to analyze receiving storage picking packing and shipping operations and design technical solutions that match real floor practices. -Use solid supply chain management understanding to model inventory flows order lifecycles and replenishment patterns within Manhattan applications for more resilient and responsive operations. -Employ proficient skills in relational databases and structured query logic to manage operational data support reporting needs and ensure integrity of warehouse and supply chain information. -Utilize experience in hybrid working models and collaborative tools to coordinate development testing and deployment activities effectively across onsite and remote stakeholders. -Draw on seven to nine years of progressive development experience in large scale warehouse or supply chain technology environments to handle complex requirements and deliver stable solutions. 9.
