Good-to-Have Skills:
Hands-on experience with CIAM platforms like Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or Oauth.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their identity services.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and how CIAM integrates with DevOps workflows.
Awareness of user-centric design principles to enhance customer onboarding and authentication flows.
Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and adaptive authentication.
Familiarity with fraud detection and risk-based authentication.
Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for automation or integration tasks.
Ability to analyze user behavior and CIAM metrics to improve system performance.
Understanding of CIAM use cases in specific industries
Relevant certifications such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), CISSP, or certifications from CIAM tool vendors.

Total compensation
We regularly assess market data to ensure we offer a competitive compensation package for our associates. The base salary for this position ranges between $90000– $125000 per year. Where the successful candidate may fall within the range depends on relevant education, work and/or management experience and other business-related and job-necessary qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual performance-based bonus, as well as benefits that support your physical, mental and financial wellbeing
