About the role

As a Guidewire Claims Support & Integration Analyst, you will make an impact by supporting critical claims data integrations across Guidewire ClaimCenter and downstream enterprise systems. You will play a key role in ensuring data quality, investigating integration failures, resolving production issues, and validating successful processing across the claim’s ecosystem.

You will be a valued member of the Claims Management IT team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, developers, production support teams, data analysts, and integration partners to maintain the stability and performance of claims-related integrations.

In this role, you will:

  • Investigate and resolve integration failures, Sonic messaging issues, and data validation errors across claims systems and enterprise platforms.
  • Analyze claim, payment, reserve, exposure, check, and contact data within Guidewire ClaimCenter to identify root causes and support issue resolution.
  • Validate data movement and downstream processing across Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), Snowflake, MarkLogic, and Claims Data Mart (CDM) environments.
  • Build, review, test, and troubleshoot XML payloads and integration messages to support remediation and production support activities.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams on incident management, defect resolution, testing, deployments, and continuous process improvements.

What you need to have to be considered

  • Experience supporting Guidewire ClaimCenter integrations, claim processing workflows, or insurance technology platforms.
  • Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience querying and analyzing data using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and/or Snowflake.
  • Experience troubleshooting production incidents, integration failures, and data quality issues across enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of XML, web services, payload validation, and tools such as SoapUI for integration testing and analysis.
  • Experience working with enterprise data platforms, data warehouses, and downstream system validation processes.
  • Ability to perform root-cause analysis and communicate findings effectively to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience leveraging ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools for incident and problem management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

These will help you stand out

  • Experience supporting Guidewire ClaimCenter in a production support or application support environment.
  • Knowledge of insurance claims business processes, payments, reserves, exposures, and related workflows.
  • Experience reviewing integration mappings, application code, or Java-based integrations using tools such as IntelliJ IDEA.
  • Familiarity with MarkLogic, Claims Data Mart (CDM), or enterprise data warehouse environments.
  • Experience using Beyond Compare, Notepad++, or similar tools for XML and XSLT analysis.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot or Microsoft Copilot to support analysis, documentation, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Experience mentoring team members and contributing to knowledge management and operational documentation.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until October 25, 2026

The annual salary for this position is between $ 130,000 - $ 150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
