About the Role
As a Consulting Manager, you will support the growth of Cognizant's Organizational Change Management consulting business by:
Delivering outstanding change management consulting engagements
Contributing to business development by spotting new consulting opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and supporting the development of proposals and RFP responses
Supporting our team's growth by guiding and empowering team members and creating an inclusive, diverse, and supportive work environment that fosters professional development
Crafting creative change management propositions that cater to our clients' needs and align with the latest market trends
Upgrading your own skills through continuous learning and development opportunities, and sharing your insights within our company and the industry to shape our thought leadership
What Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like
Experience
6–9 years of experience, preferably in a role as an (external) organizational change management consultant
Proven track record delivering successful transformational change across technology implementations, AI-powered business transformation, IT and business process outsourcing, global delivery center establishment, and other large-scale organizational changes at international corporations
Hands-on change experience across technology transformations, AI-driven business model shifts, process digitalization, and enterprise system implementations; experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms is a bonus
Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries preferred
Expertise
MBA/MSc in Business Administration, Economics, Organization Psychology, or Behavioral Science
Change Management Certified Professional (e.g., PROSCI or ACMP)
Deep understanding of organizational change management trends, including adoption challenges posed by AI, automation, and rapid digital transformation
Strong affinity with digital technology and emerging tools; demonstrated ability to translate complex technological change (including AI and automation) into actionable adoption and people strategies
Soft Skills
Dynamic team player who enjoys collaborating with diverse and international teams
Skilled in building long-term relationships with clients
Dedicated to supporting the growth and development of the practice and its team members
Strong communication and presentation skills
Outstanding people person with strong relationship skills, able to interact seamlessly with different levels in a global multi-cultural organization
Other Requirements
Based in Milan or Parma
Holds an EU passport and is fluent in Italian and English
Open to traveling and working at international client offices
