About the role

As a Senior .NET Technical Lead, you will make an impact by leading the modernization of legacy business applications into scalable, cloud-native services on AWS. You will be a valued member of the engineering team, collaborating with AWS leads, architects, QA teams, product owners, and offshore developers to deliver high-quality solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of modern .NET services and APIs, supporting the migration of legacy applications to a cloud-native architecture.
  • Drive engineering excellence through sprint planning, code reviews, coding standards, and best practices for quality and maintainability.
  • Partner with business and product stakeholders to refine requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure successful delivery of customer features.
  • Mentor and guide offshore development teams, remove delivery blockers, and provide regular progress updates to project leadership.
  • Modernize legacy data architectures by extracting business logic from SQL Server stored procedures into scalable C# services while maintaining functional parity through automated testing.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and production releases, ensuring secure, reliable deployments and adherence to compliance and delivery standards.
  • Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity while maintaining accountability for code quality, security, and technical decisions.
