About the role

As a Consulting Manager, you will make an impact by leading transformation management and organisational change management initiatives for clients undergoing large-scale SAP transformation. • Support SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA implementation programmes, including global rollouts and full lifecycle transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with client communications leads to establish communication governance, 30-60-90-day plans, stakeholder mapping, channel strategy, message cadence, and key messaging.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, resistance management, training readiness, and adoption planning.
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of transformation projects.
  • Support account expansion and executive stakeholder engagement by understanding client priorities, emerging market trends, business direction, and regulatory context.
