Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Systems Engineer with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will excel in incident management service desk operations and ServiceNow while demonstrating expertise in Windows networking and desktop support. Strong communication skills in English are essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve technical incidents efficiently to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Provide timely and effective support for service desk operations addressing user queries and technical issues.
- Utilize ServiceNow to track manage and resolve incidents while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows operating system-related issues to maintain system stability and performance.
- Monitor and maintain networking infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and optimal performance.
- Deliver remote desktop support to users ensuring quick resolution of technical challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for recurring technical issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis for incidents to prevent future occurrences and improve system reliability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while handling sensitive technical data.
- Provide user training and guidance on system usage to enhance productivity and reduce technical dependencies.
- Participate in regular system audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance technical expertise.
- Contribute to the companys mission by ensuring robust IT support enabling seamless operations and user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in incident management and service desk operations showcasing problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit hands-on experience with ServiceNow for tracking and resolving technical incidents.
- Possess strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and their troubleshooting techniques.
- Show expertise in networking concepts and infrastructure maintenance.
- Display capability in providing remote desktop support and resolving user issues effectively.
- Communicate fluently in English both written and spoken to interact with users and teams efficiently.
