Job Summary
Serve as a senior developer working in a hybrid model to design build and optimize cloud native solutions using AWS Salesforce continuous delivery pipelines MongoDB and Python services. Contribute hands on expertise to deliver resilient secure and scalable applications that support business growth and enhance operational efficiency across global teams in a collaborative day shift environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud services on AWS that support critical business workflows and deliver highly available application capabilities to global stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
- Develop enhance and maintain Python based microservices that integrate seamlessly with Salesforce and MongoDB while ensuring code quality performance and maintainability.
- Configure and optimize CI CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments to enable frequent reliable and automated releases that reduce downtime and deployment risk.
- Create and maintain robust data models and queries in MongoDB that support efficient data access patterns analytical needs and operational reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with product owners architects and peer developers to refine user stories clarify technical requirements and design pragmatic solutions that align with enterprise standards.
- Implement comprehensive logging monitoring and alerting for AWS resources Python services and data components to ensure proactive detection and resolution of issues.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback that improves readability test coverage and adherence to established development guidelines.
- Develop automated unit integration and functional tests for Python services and deployment scripts to strengthen system reliability and reduce production incidents.
- Optimize application performance across AWS MongoDB and integration layers by analyzing metrics identifying bottlenecks and applying targeted tuning techniques.
- Ensure that all developed components follow security best practices for authentication authorization data protection and secure configuration of cloud services.
- Document technical designs deployment procedures and runbooks in clear language so that support teams and future developers can maintain and extend the solutions efficiently.
- Coordinate with QA and operations teams during release cycles to validate deployments resolve defects quickly and maintain stable day shift operations without unplanned outages.
- Apply knowledge of asset management operations when available to design data flows integration points and user features that better reflect real world business processes.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in designing and deploying AWS services such as compute storage networking and managed databases with focus on reliability and cost efficiency.
- Show advanced skills in building and maintaining CI CD workflows for Salesforce including version control strategies automated testing and structured release management.
- Exhibit hands on experience with MongoDB including schema design for document data indexing strategies and performance optimization for high volume workloads.
- Display solid programming expertise in Python for backend development scripting and service orchestration using modern frameworks and best coding practices.
- Bring practical experience in agile delivery environments using techniques such as iterative development backlog refinement and time boxed sprints to meet delivery commitments.
- Apply strong problem solving and debugging skills to analyze complex system issues across cloud infrastructure application code and data layers and drive timely remediation.
- Offer domain understanding of asset management operations as a valued advantage that supports better requirement interpretation and solution design though it is not mandatory.
Certifications Required
Preferred certifications include AWS Certified Developer Associate and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or equivalent cloud development credentials.
