Job Summary
Serve as a subject matter expert in policy servicing for global insurance operations applying strong MS Office skills to manage complex policy lifecycle tasks with accuracy and speed. Work from office in a consistent night shift ensuring timely service delivery compliance with internal standards and high quality support for stakeholders in the Property and Casualty insurance domain.
Responsibilities
- Manage end to end policy servicing activities by updating endorsing renewing and cancelling policies in line with defined procedures and service level targets
- Analyze policy documents and client instructions to ensure accuracy of coverage details premium calculations and risk information before processing in internal systems
- Prepare clear and well structured policy documentation schedules and service reports using advanced spreadsheet and document features in MS Office for global stakeholders
- Validate data received from upstream teams by performing thorough checks in spreadsheets identifying inconsistencies and coordinating timely corrections to prevent rework
- Maintain detailed activity trackers logs and performance dashboards in spreadsheets to monitor volumes turnaround time and error trends for continuous service improvement
- Collaborate with underwriting and operations teams through email and virtual channels to clarify instructions resolve queries and ensure seamless handoffs during the policy lifecycle
- Execute nightly work queues by prioritizing high impact transactions adhering to agreed cutoffs and escalating processing risks or dependencies to supervisors when required
- Document standard operating procedures and reference guides in word processing tools to capture best practices process updates and system changes for team wide use
- Contribute to quality control by reviewing peer transactions recording defects in tracking tools and suggesting corrective actions that enhance accuracy and consistency
- Support compliance and audit readiness by maintaining organized digital records following control checklists and promptly addressing any observations raised during internal reviews
- Use presentation and reporting capabilities in MS Office to summarize team performance highlight operational insights and support data driven recommendations for process optimization
- Adapt quickly to changing client requirements product rules and workflow updates by attending training sessions and applying new knowledge consistently in daily servicing tasks
- Deliver high service standards during night shift operations by coordinating efficiently with cross regional teams ensuring uninterrupted support to global clients while contributing to overall organizational goals
Qualifications
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in spreadsheets word processing presentations and email tools within MS Office to manage complex data and documentation tasks independently
- Apply practical experience in Property and Casualty insurance policy administration to interpret coverage terms rating factors and endorsements for servicing accuracy when such exposure is available
- Exhibit solid analytical and numerical skills to validate premiums limits deductibles and policy attributes ensuring that all entries meet both business and control expectations
- Show consistent ability to work effectively in a night shift office environment by managing time focus and productivity while aligning with international business hours
- Communicate clearly in written and verbal form with stakeholders to interpret policy instructions resolve discrepancies and provide timely status updates on work items
- Bring between five and seven years of relevant operations experience that reflects progressive responsibility in policy servicing data management or insurance back office functions
- Display adaptability in learning new internal systems and tools that integrate with MS Office supporting smoother processing and continuous operational improvement
- Exhibit strong orientation toward quality control adherence and customer centricity ensuring that policy servicing output contributes positively to organizational reputation and client trust
Certifications Required
Certification in MS Office Specialist and any foundational Property and Casualty insurance certification would be preferred
