Job Summary
Sr Manager Consulting will drive high impact advisory and delivery engagements for asset and wealth management clients by designing and implementing LangGraph powered solutions on GCP using Python. The role focuses on hybrid collaboration with global stakeholders shaping data driven strategies optimizing investment operations and ensuring scalable secure platforms that advance client outcomes and the firms consulting vision.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex consulting engagements for asset and wealth management clients by translating strategic business objectives into LangGraph enabled solutions on GCP using Python that improve portfolio analytics and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the design and implementation of data pipelines and analytic workflows on GCP that support investment research risk analysis and client reporting while maintaining strong alignment with regulatory and compliance expectations.
- Provide direction to project teams on how to apply LangGraph to orchestrate machine learning models and decision flows that enhance advisory services and personalized recommendations for wealth management clients.
- Drive the development of Python based reusable components frameworks and tools that standardize analytics and automation across multiple asset and wealth management programs and improve time to market.
- Coordinate hybrid work collaboration routines by structuring onsite and remote ceremonies that ensure clear communication effective documentation and consistent progress across stakeholders and team members.
- Guide clients in modernizing legacy asset and wealth management platforms by shaping cloud native GCP architectures migration roadmaps and risk mitigation plans that support future ready portfolios.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams in product risk operations and technology to ensure that consulting solutions deliver measurable business value including increased advisor productivity and enhanced client satisfaction.
- Monitor engagement performance by defining key outcome metrics such as cost savings revenue uplift and operational resilience and by using data driven insights to refine delivery approaches.
- Direct the creation of detailed solution blueprints and implementation plans that document LangGraph orchestration patterns GCP services usage and Python code standards to support sustainable maintenance.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by facilitating structured status reviews issue resolution forums and roadmap discussions that maintain transparency and trust in day shift hybrid working conditions.
- Promote best practices for security resilience and compliance on GCP tailored to asset and wealth management data including encryption retention policies and controlled access to sensitive information.
- Support business development activities by shaping proposals case studies and thought leadership that highlight successful LangGraph and GCP engagements in asset and wealth management domains.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned from each engagement and integrating them into consulting playbooks accelerators and methodologies that strengthen the firms market position.
Qualifications
- Possess twelve to sixteen years of consulting or technology delivery experience with substantial exposure to asset and wealth management processes such as portfolio management client onboarding advisory lifecycle and risk reporting.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Python programming for data engineering analytics and integration including experience with modular code design automated testing and performance optimization in production environments.
- Show deep practical experience with LangGraph as an orchestration framework for complex workflows and intelligent agents including the ability to design scalable graph structures and optimize execution paths for financial use cases.
- Exhibit strong hands on expertise with GCP services relevant to data and analytics such as data warehousing compute storage and monitoring along with experience in designing secure resilient cloud solutions for financial institutions.
- Apply solid consulting skills including problem framing stakeholder communication and outcome focused storytelling that translate technical work on LangGraph GCP and Python into clear value narratives for asset and wealth management leaders.
- Display familiarity with regulatory and compliance landscapes in asset and wealth management including risk management reporting standards and data governance expectations supporting responsible solution design.
- Utilize excellent hybrid working skills by coordinating in person and remote collaboration tools routines and documentation practices that keep geographically distributed teams aligned and productive.
- Bring experience mentoring and guiding teams in advanced analytics cloud engineering or financial technology contexts ensuring knowledge sharing on Python GCP and LangGraph and building a culture of accountability.
- Prefer exposure to modern machine learning or generative AI techniques applied to investment insights personalized advisory or client service enhancement where LangGraph orchestrates complex model interactions.
- Value certifications in cloud financial services or data management that reinforce credibility with asset and wealth management clients and support trusted advisory relationships.
