About the Role
The Icertis AI Augmented Manager will assist the delivery, enhancement, and optimization of AI-enabled Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions, helping drive platform innovation, process automation, and business value. This role requires a strong combination of Icertis CLM expertise, technical expertise, and experience leveraging AI technologies to enhance contract lifecycle processes, improve data quality, increase operational efficiency, and support key business initiatives. The individual will collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and AI-augmented contract management solutions.
In this role, you will:
• Support cross-functional teams responsible for the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of AI-enabled Icertis CLM solutions while promoting best practices and governance standards.
• Drive AI-powered automation, platform improvements, and integration initiatives to enhance contract lifecycle efficiency, user adoption, and operational effectiveness.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and intelligent CLM solutions.
• Ensure system reliability, data integrity, compliance, and performance through proactive monitoring, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage project delivery activities including solution design, implementation support, process optimization, risk mitigation, and operational excellence efforts aligned with enterprise contract management goals.
What you need to have to be considered
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8 + years of experience in enterprise application delivery, contract lifecycle management platforms, or software engineering.
• 2+ years of experience leading teams, projects, or workstreams in a manager, lead, or supervisory capacity.
• Hands-on experience with Icertis CLM, including configuration, implementation, integration, and ongoing support.
• Experience delivering cloud-based enterprise applications, automation solutions, and AI-enabled technologies.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes, workflow automation, artificial intelligence, data management, and governance principles.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
These will help you stand out
• Icertis certifications or experience supporting enterprise-scale CLM implementations.
• Experience leveraging Generative AI, AI-assisted workflows, intelligent document processing, or automation technologies within contract management environments.
• Experience within healthcare, payer, provider, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of contract operations, procurement, supplier management, or legal business processes.
• Experience supporting digital transformation and AI-driven modernization initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern software engineering principles.

The salary range for this role is $115,000 - $130,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. This position also qualifies for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, contingent on performance and applicable plan terms.
