8. Responsibilities : -Design and build document generation solutions using xPresso for Adobe InDesign to support complex life and annuities insurance communication needs while ensuring high accuracy in policy outputs and notices. -Develop and configure components in xPression to automate customer correspondence for insurance products, optimizing templates and rules to reduce manual intervention and improve operational efficiency. -Implement and maintain OpenText xPression workflows that streamline end to end document processing, from data input through composition and delivery, supporting consistent and timely communication with policyholders. -Collaborate with business analysts and product teams to translate life and annuities insurance requirements into robust technical designs that align customer communication templates with regulatory and compliance standards. -Analyze existing communication templates and generation processes to identify defects, performance issues and enhancement opportunities, applying best practices to improve stability and throughput. -Integrate document generation solutions with upstream and downstream systems such as policy administration and output management platforms to ensure seamless data flow and reliable delivery of customer materials. -Create and maintain detailed technical specifications, configuration guides and deployment documentation for xPresso for Adobe InDesign, xPression and OpenText xPression solutions to support knowledge sharing across teams. -Conduct unit testing, system testing and regression testing of document generation templates and rules, validating layout, data accuracy and business logic for life and annuities insurance scenarios. -Provide production support for communication solutions by monitoring batch jobs, resolving incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to minimize business impact. -Collaborate in a hybrid working environment by coordinating tasks and status updates through digital channels, ensuring smooth communication with on site and remote stakeholders during day shift operations. -Optimize resource usage and processing performance in document generation platforms by tuning configurations and templates, helping reduce processing time and infrastructure costs for the organization. -Ensure that all customer communications generated through xPression based solutions adhere to brand guidelines, accessibility expectations and privacy regulations, contributing to a trustworthy customer experience. -Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating new features in xPresso for Adobe InDesign and OpenText xPression, recommending enhancements that improve productivity and support the company purpose of delivering clear, reliable insurance communications to society. -Qualifications -Apply strong experience with xPresso for Adobe InDesign by designing data driven templates that handle variable content and complex layouts for diverse insurance products. -Use hands on knowledge of xPression configuration and scripting to build and maintain communication rules that support multiple channels such as print and digital delivery. -Demonstrate proficiency in OpenText xPression administration and development tasks including environment configuration, deployment and troubleshooting to maintain reliable communication services. -Employ understanding of life and annuities insurance concepts such as policy issuance, renewals, benefits and claims to design communications that accurately reflect product features and obligations. -Leverage experience of four to six years in software development or document composition domains to follow structured development methodologies, version control practices and testing standards. -Apply strong analytical and problem solving skills to investigate defects, data issues and layout problems in generated documents and propose practical, timely solutions. -Utilize effective communication skills to collaborate with cross functional stakeholders, explain technical options and document decisions in a clear and accessible manner. -Adapt to hybrid work arrangements by managing tasks independently, using collaboration tools efficiently and ensuring consistent availability during scheduled day shifts.
