About the role

As a Delivery Head - F&A and Procurement, you will make an impact by leading strategic business development initiatives, identifying new growth opportunities, shaping client solutions, and driving profitable business outcomes. You will be a valued member of the Business Development team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver tailored solutions aligned to customer needs and market trends.

In this role, you will:

Develop and execute strategic business development plans that support company growth objectives and strengthen market position.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities across clients and markets.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to guide solution development and improve client relevance.
Lead client negotiations, stakeholder engagement, and solution discussions to secure profitable and sustainable business deals.
Manage business development initiatives and project management processes to ensure timely delivery, operational efficiency, and measurable outcomes.

What you need to have to be considered

16 to 20 years of experience in business development, project management, solution development, or related client-facing growth roles.
Strong experience in project management and solutions insight, with the ability to translate market and customer needs into actionable business opportunities.
Proven track record of developing and delivering successful business development initiatives, including client engagement, stakeholder management, and commercial negotiations.
Proficiency in using a solution manager work model to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and support solution delivery.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts, based on business and client requirements.

These will help you succeed

PMP Certification or Certified Business Development Professional certification.
Experience mentoring junior team members and supporting their professional development.
Commitment to continuous learning, process improvement, and delivering solutions that create measurable client and business impact.
