About the Role
As an Industry Marketing Lead for the Insurance vertical in the EMEA region, you will be responsible for shaping and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive brand growth, client engagement, and measurable business outcomes. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, lead high-impact campaigns, and collaborate across regional Field Marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver programs that elevate Cognizant’s presence in the Insurance industry.
In this role, you will:
- Act as the Insurance marketing advisor to EMEA business and marketing stakeholders.
- Define and prioritize marketing strategies aligned with vertical growth objectives.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans and client campaigns.
- Design and deliver multi-geo, multi-channel awareness and lead generation campaigns.
- Develop client personas, segmentation strategies, and journey-based marketing approaches.
- Partner with Field Marketing teams to activate campaigns locally and effectively.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with alliance partners and internal teams to design joint marketing initiatives.
What You Need to Have to Be Considered
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology services.
- Deep understanding of business and technology trends in the Insurance industry.
- Strong expertise in digital channels and platforms for awareness and demand generation.
- Proven success in integrated marketing strategies that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Experience working within or alongside partner ecosystems for marketing initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.

Work Model

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of 3 days a week in a Cognizant office.
