As a Sr. Executive you will drive impactful contributions and focus on outcomes. You will be a key member of the HR-Operations team, collaborating with Location Leaders/ Different Functions, other stakeholders. The Location HR will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, compliance tracking, emergency response coordination, and onsite support activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth functioning of location-level HR processes, associate experience, and business continuity readiness.

- Experience in HR Operations & Case Management; Knowledge of Compliance, BCM & Emergency Response; Stakeholder Management & Coordination Skills; Event Management & On-ground Execution Experience; Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills; Reporting & Analytical Skills

Work model –

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring 5 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Mumbai , Maharashtra
