About the role
As a Quality Engineer, you will make an impact by driving quality engineering and operational readiness across connected IT and business systems. You will be a valued member of a cross‑functional delivery team, working closely with product owners, engineering teams, and operations stakeholders to validate end‑to‑end workflows and ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability.
This role blends hands‑on quality engineering expertise with a strong understanding of enterprise systems, network infrastructure, and operational monitoring, supporting mission‑critical platforms.
In this role, you will:
Drive quality engineering and operational readiness for connected IT and business systems.
Validate end‑to‑end workflows spanning Windows endpoints, network infrastructure, and enterprise applications, including EHR platforms.
Apply hands‑on expertise in functional testing and integration validation across complex system landscapes.
Support environments involving warehouse and material movement platforms, ensuring reliable system interactions.
Monitor production environments using dashboards, uptime metrics, logs, and alerts to ensure system reliability and performance.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify quality risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
Contribute to predictable delivery by aligning quality practices with business and operational objectives.

What you need to have to be considered
Experience as a SAFe Agile Practitioner, supporting Agile delivery at scale.
Experience serving as a Product Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Product Owner.
Strong background in software testing, including functional and integration testing.
Hands‑on experience with network testing and validation across connected systems.
Experience designing or executing test automation solutions.
Exposure to or experience applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) within quality engineering or testing practices.
These will help you stand out
Experience supporting enterprise healthcare systems, including EHR platforms.
Familiarity with production monitoring tools, dashboards, and alerting mechanisms.
Experience working with operational readiness, release validation, or go‑live support.
Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and business teams.
