Project Coordinator role in a global organization requiring 8–14 years of experience in project coordination, reporting, stakeholder engagement, regulatory/business support, and cross-functional collaboration. The role focuses on coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, preparing reports and presentations, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders to support successful project delivery and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end project activities by supporting the translation of business, operational, and regulatory requirements into actionable project plans, tasks, and deliverables.
- Maintain project reporting and monitoring frameworks, ensuring timely tracking of project milestones, key performance indicators (KPIs), risks, dependencies, and compliance-related activities.
- Collect, analyze, and consolidate project and operational data using office productivity tools to provide project visibility and support informed decision-making.
- Prepare professional presentations, status reports, meeting materials, and project summaries for leadership and stakeholder reviews.
- Develop and maintain project trackers, schedules, dashboards, and documentation templates to improve project governance and reporting consistency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and regulatory teams to gather updates, track action items, and ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
- Support regulatory and business initiatives by coordinating documentation, tracking regulatory requirements, and maintaining implementation records and project traceability.
- Coordinate activities across multiple project workstreams, managing schedules, priorities, dependencies, and follow-up actions to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, action logs, status reports, process documentation, risk registers, and impact assessments.
- Support change management and user readiness activities by coordinating training schedules, communication plans, user guides, and project-related communications.
- Monitor project performance against established goals and governance standards, identifying gaps and recommending improvements to enhance delivery effectiveness and compliance.
- Assist in issue resolution by coordinating discussions, tracking root-cause analyses, and ensuring corrective actions are documented and completed.
- Contribute to organizational objectives by ensuring projects are supported through effective coordination, accurate reporting, strong stakeholder communication, and disciplined project governance.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Coordinator, with strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, coordination, tracking, and delivery support within complex environments.
- Proven experience in project reporting and monitoring, including maintaining project dashboards, status reports, risk logs, issue trackers, and governance documentation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and collaboration platforms, with the ability to create presentations, reports, trackers, and project documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
- Experience supporting regulatory, operational, or business transformation initiatives, including documenting requirements, tracking deliverables, and ensuring compliance with project standards.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and project lifecycle processes.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and adherence to project timelines.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving project issues.
- Experience preparing meeting agendas, documenting minutes, tracking action items, and facilitating communication among project stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry best practices, business operations, and regulatory environments, enabling effective project coordination and stakeholder support.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and delivery focus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, or a related field preferred. PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications are advantageous.

The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 - $75,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
