Job Summary

This hybrid night shift role focuses on managing product information and master data to support efficient order management and trading operations for an MNC. The SME will optimize data flows between systems ensure accuracy of product and order records and collaborate with cross functional teams to improve retail order processes. Responsibilities

Drive end to end ownership of product information and master data flows for order management and trading systems ensuring accurate synchronized data across core platforms to support consistent execution and reliable reporting

Manage creation update and maintenance of product master records including attributes hierarchies pricing and availability so that downstream order and trading processes operate with clean structured data

Coordinate closely with order management operations teams to analyze data issues impacting order capture fulfillment and settlement and implement corrective actions that prevent recurrence and reduce manual interventions

Collaborate with trading and commercial stakeholders to define data rules for item setup bundle management and promotional constructs ensuring that business strategies are reflected reliably in system configurations

Monitor nightly data loads and interface jobs across hybrid environments addressing exceptions in near real time to secure uninterrupted processing and timely visibility for global teams

Design and maintain data quality checks and validation routines that detect anomalies in product and order data enabling early remediation and continuous improvement of master data standards

Document functional data models for order management and trading processes translating complex concepts into clear reference materials that support onboarding and knowledge sharing across teams

Partner with technology teams to refine mapping logic between product information management master data management and order platforms focusing on performance scalability and resilience of integrations

Support incident analysis for data related defects in night shift operations providing structured root cause insights and proposing pragmatic solutions that enhance customer experience and operational stability

Contribute to process optimization initiatives across retail order flows by proposing enhancements to data structures configuration rules and workflows that reduce cycle times and improve order accuracy

Engage with stakeholders in hybrid working sessions to gather requirements for new product and order data capabilities and convert them into well defined specifications that guide implementation and testing

Perform impact assessments for product and master data changes across reporting billing and trading processes ensuring that dependencies are understood and that transitions are executed safely without disruption

Promote adoption of master data governance practices through clear communication of standards guidance on best practices and active participation in forums that strengthen data discipline across the organization

Qualifications

Possess four to seven years of hands on experience as a subject matter expert in product information and master data within complex order management and trading environments demonstrating strong ownership of data outcomes

Bring solid practical expertise working with core order management platforms and trading systems including configuration troubleshooting and data analysis to keep high volume operations running smoothly

Apply demonstrated exposure to retail order management scenarios such as omnichannel ordering and inventory visibility translating domain understanding into better data design and process alignment

Show capability in documenting requirements user stories and data dictionaries in a clear and structured manner making it easier for cross functional teams to deliver enhancements and maintain solutions

Demonstrate strong analytical skills using data profiling and issue analysis techniques to identify root causes of product and order data problems and to recommend sustainable corrective actions

Operate effectively in a hybrid work model and dedicated night shift environment maintaining proactive communication and coordination with onshore and offshore partners without needing travel

Exhibit familiarity with master data management principles including governance stewardship and lifecycle management applying them to improve reliability and reusability of product and order data assets
